As per section 87 (3) of the Electricity act, 2003, the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission has reconstituted the State Advisory Committee (SAC) in view pf expiry of the term of the SAC constituted earlier and Shri Uttam K.Pradhan, former Principal Chief Engineer, Government of Sikkim has been inducted as one of the members of the Committee.
